5,800 Teledyne Continental O-470R-25, 230 horsepower, carbureted, normally-aspirated

Engine Time: 200 SFRM (installed at TCM factory 2/99). Only 80 hrs. since complete teardown and inspection at TCM factory (2-16-01) to comply with crankshaft AD. (Inspected and replaced crankshaft, oil transfer collar, main bearings, connecting rod bearings, thrust washers, gaskets and seals.)

Damage History: Two incidents, reflected in price by NAAA appraisal software: 
1. LH flap reskinned, 1978, logged on FAA Form 337 and airframe log. NAAA rating: "Superficial." 
2. LH fuselage skin aft of baggage door repaired (apparently after ground vehicle struck aircraft), 1975, logged on FAA Form 337 and airframe log. NAAA rating: "Minor"
Quality of repairs: Very good

Logbooks: Missing airframe log for 1979-84, reflected in price by NAAA appraisal software. All others present and current

Exterior

Overall white with blue and yellow stripes. NAAA Rating: 7/10: "Paint has a good shine with some abrasion wear on leading surfaces but still retaining good coverage. Repainted surfaces or touched up areas are not noticeable. The paint may be new with a limited amount of orange peel, pooling, sags or over-spray. However, painted surfaces are well protected and the aircraft has good eye appeal"

Interior

Gray leather seats and side trim, maroon carpet side panels, red and blue striped carpeting. New front seatbelts, Sept. 2001. NAAA Rating: 9/10: "Interior is almost flawless and it would meet the #10 rating criteria except for minor exceptions. Carpet at the entry area and in the cockpit and perhaps the pilots, and/or the copilots seats may show slight signs of matting"
